Do I have a digestive problem?

Ever since I was little I've always had a little "pudge" stomach. I was little as a girl and believe I have now "grown into" my body as a 24 year old but am still a normal healthy smaller size. I work out 4 days a week and try to eat healthy. I work my abs as much as I can but still don't feel like I'm getting anywhere. My legs and arms and even butt are starting to look firm and stronger, my face is narrower, but my stomach is the exact same as it's always been. I'm wondering now if it's not fat at all but a digestive bloating problem instead. When I wake up in the morning, my stomach is completely flat, perfect. Once I eat ANY amount of food, no matter what it is, I bloat and have a pooch, and look that way for the rest of the day until late that night or the next morning, depending on what time I ate my last meal of the day. I poop usually twice a day. Solutions?
