Do I need to present an ID to ship a package via DHL, usps or fedex?
I lost my wallet so I have no id as of right now. I need to send a package to new york. I know ups requires but how about any other services?

For cash - no id required, normally (contents of package may cause a need for id-check).
For credit card or check - an id would be required (clerks that don't get an id are not doing their job properly)
If you have a prepaid label, then there's no issue - just drop the package off. But that isn't your situation, of course...
USPS doesn't ask me for ID when I ship to Ukraine. If you use a creditcard,they may ask for ID. I use a creditcard and they haven't asked me. Some clerks might though!
I think most of them don't, unless you have a suspicious package.
