so heres my problem. I started a new job at beaumont hospital ive been working there for 2 or 3 weeks everything was going great, but i got a call from my doctor who said i could get a surgery ive been waiting to have sooner than i was suppose to so i accepted. it was a surgery on my hip to take pins out so a week recovery thats it. well i told my superviser she said ok and gave me the time. after my surgery i guess they saw damage in my hip and took out the damage and my recovery time was longer than it was suppose to be..so i had to cal my supervisor and gave me a month maybe a little less to recover.
well since i havent passed my 90 day probationary period they could fire me and ive been waiting to get a doctors note in the mail and i havent gotten it yet and to be honest im pretty sure im not going to get it in time to go back to work i still need a physical and stuff and im really scared im going to lose my job..
what am i gonna do? do i qualify for unemployment if i lose it? i didnt get insurnace from beaumont so idk if that matters
please help me!

Why didn't you pick up the note yourself? If you were well enough to go back to work, you could pick up the note. They may fire you , but since you are disabled you may luck out.
I do not think you can get unemployment. I think you can collect temporary disability.
