They hurt a bit but not too bad. Will people still like you? Of course, and if they don't that's their problems not yours. Piercing your nose doesn't change your personalty just your looks. :)

yeah it hurts a lot but make sure they put you to sleep before you get it done. ive gotten one on my nose and it hurted a lot but i was numb so it didnt hurt hahahahah. jkk but no it doesnt hurt a lot, it just hurts a lil. its like a pinch
