Pat is right. bras actually increase sagging because you're not using the muscles to hold up your breast. You're using a bra.

I was watching this bra expert on nbc or something. She said not to wear push up bras everyday. Or if you already do, don't stop because that will cause sagging and your nipples to point elsewhere over time when you use it then stop using it because there's these lines inside your nipples that get stretched out.

Just the opposite. Studies show that, not only don't bras of any kind prevent sagging, but they actually cause more sagging because they allow the abdominal muscles to become weak.

However, if your breasts are already sagging, a good bra can give the appearance of uplifted breasts.

i dont think it makes a difference, in my opinion bras dont keep them from sagging, i think its a myth but i might be wrong
