Do you fatigue easily?
I've been doing some volunteer teaching......after the 2 hours....I need a four hour nap! I'm mentally exhausted (and I usually never take a nap) The when doing physical work around the house, it's 2-2.5 hours max....I'm 50, how normal is this?

Fatigue can have multiple causes. The most common ones are bad sleeping patterns and an insufficient diet. Could also be that the teaching job weighs heavily on you mentally. Check with your doctor if it worries you.
