Yogurt is one of the healthiest foods ever,especially if it's skimmed and low in fat,coz that's the only bed thing about it.
I personally like both of them,cheese and yogurt,but still,I preffer one or the other,dependable on what I'm having as a main dish.
The best ever is cheese pie.I could have it with yogurt,not the healthiest combo,but it's a real paradise for my taste buds!
