I started it today and did the 1st disc with my brother and then did the 2nd disc at home the 1st one didn't make me sweet but made my arms sore but the 2nd was really intense so it made me sweet alot (I stoped with 18min left cause I was vary tierd) but I was just wondering what you thought of it and what kind of results you got from it.

The first day I did P90X, chest and back seemed SO easy... Until the next day. I felt the workout throughout the week! And plyo on day 2 really kicked my ***. It's a great program, honestly. Tony is funny and motivates you to work each day! One thing to note: DO THE YOGA. It isn't optional and it is extremely difficult, especially if you're a guy, as we tend to be inflexible. Yoga will improve performance, and you'll be able to tell the difference. One thing I wouldn't recommend though, is skipping the last few minutes of a workout. You are going to begin to love those cool downs, and they are far more important than stretching before the workout. P90X helped me lose 30 pounds in those 90 days! One thing I specifically love is the fact that it comes with a nutrition guide, something essential for the program! The meals taste great and you know exactly what you're putting in your food. My point is... DO IT. No other workout program is this fun or motivational, nor does it provide such results. Good luck! :)
