Do you rotate your facial cleansers?
I was watching a Michelle Phan video where she mentions she rotates her cleansers once every 2 months. She has gorgeous skin by the way. Are there really any benefits to doing this? If so, what are they?

The only plausible benefit to this is that it makes your skin not get used to the cleanser, which CAN help with keeping it clearer. However, it could also have no effect at all, or could cause the acne to get worse (integrating too many products. Your skin needs about a month or so to "get used to" a product, so after a month, if it works for your skin then you know it will not likely cause any problems)
If you find a basic gentle cleanser that works, keep it. Then, if you want, integrate something that is more aimed for your specific issues (like dryness, or oiliness, or acne) and use it every other day, or in the morning/night.
Oh and, just because she may have nice skin, does not mean that switching up cleansers often will make your skin flawless. I actually find that if I use too many different cleansers, my skin reacts more. She may simply have nice skin genetically, or uses products that work well for her skin.
If your stuff is still working for you then there's no point but you ever hear about how you should change shampoos every few months? Same idea. When you first start using a new shampoo your hair is suddenly better than it was. When you switch facial cleansers to one you already know wont break you out, your skin glows more.
You don't have to but some people prefer to. I like to try different products so I tend to switch something out from time to time. Once a week is a little too much though.
Gel or foam cleansers are superb for greasy epidermis. Use the scrubber as quickly as each week in common terms!! Cleanse, tone & moisturise morning and nighttime. Get some samples of cleansers in the previous you purchase, stay away for the likes of clearasil and clean and clean they're quite tough
Yes, i have 4 that i rotate once a week throughout the month. If you use something for too long your skin becomes used to it and its almost like your not using anything at all.
no you shouldn't because your skin gets used to one cleanser and if you switch often then you could break out, it takes 1 month for ur skin to get used to a product.
