Does anybody know a temporary fix for a speech impairment?
my front teeth are crooked so i cant pronounce my the letter s...i sound like an idiot when i do...i talked to my dentist about it and he confirmed that the reason i cant pronounce it is because of my teeth so he recommend braces but i also need oral surgery so i have to wait like a week till i get my impairment fixed....can anybody tell me a tempory fix for this so i can pronounce my letter s..and i cant try to avoid the letter s because sometimes its needed for a convo...so i just need a temporary solution???????? any help will be greatly appreciated....

Say the s sound with your tongue up against your teeth (your side teeth) and the tip of your tongue not quite touching the back of the front teeth. (I heard a speech path tell someone that once)
