Canon does a 35mm 1.4, but this is fairly expensive. You could always get say a Sigma or Samyang 1.4 with a Canon mount if you are not a Canon purist and want it a bit cheaper.

Canon have currently three 35mm lenses:
EF-35mm f/2; EF 35mm f/2 IS USM and EF 35mm f/1.4L USM. The latter is top of the line Len for professional use and it is very expensive.
Currently, Canon has the 35mm in f/2 and f/1.4 versions.

Yes i have and was wondering why they don't do a 35mm 1.8 like nikon..
