does nose cartilage grow?
I had my nose smashed in playing soccer and had reconstructive sergury. however because my bone was smashed in it looks abnormally small. my doctor used a cartilage graft from my septum to increase the size a little bit, but it still looks smaller than before, however he told me that it would continue to grow a few extra milimeters, but didnt say how long it would take. anybody know?

Nose and ear cartilage continues to grow throughout your life. So yes, it will keep growing. But it's not going to happen quickly, if that is your question. It takes years.
i dont know that, but i knoww that every organ in our body is replaced in about five years...not by growing persay but from replacing the cells... also the liver is the organ that can "regrow" itself. with that being true it is only natural to assume that your situation would be also growing (some)
I know that un-damaged noses grow your whole life. I have no knowledge regarding one that was broken.
