Ok, so basically I've been having this problem for several years....Ear wax just always clogs up my ears and I'm forced to take it out by (I KNOW, you're not supposed to do this) sticking my pinky in my ear. Now, I'm fully aware that this just makes it worse, but believe me, sometimes it looks like dead bugs died in my ears and smells like a horrendous pile of ****...moving on...I've heard that this is caused by wearing earphones alot, however, currently I've stopped listening to music out of earphone for one reason, I lost my SD card but i ordered a new one,,,
Now is this hereditary, because my dad has problems with his ears as well.....
Interesting fact: I've NEVER had an ear infection
Update:I'ved tried using Q-tip before, and once I HEARD my eardrum, I stopped immediately.........it's usually not a good sign when you hear your eardrum

Careful application of food or pharmaceutical grade Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2).
It will help your problems in no time.
Just lie down and let somebody to put few drops in your ears.
Clean up with the cotton bud after.
The one thing you don't mention is whether or not you have actually been to see a doctor about this to determine whether or not you have a problem with your ears.
Don't shove anything into your ears, especially q-tips, the only thing you should put into your ear is your elbow.
Warm olive oil will help soften the wax which will also help your ear push it out.
So, I would start with pouring warm olive down for a few days each to soften the wax, then go and see your doctor, then your doctor might just send you down the road to his nurse for a proper cleaning. Doing the olive oil first will save you having to go back a week later.
Just clean your ears a lot with q-tips. And I know you're not supposed to do this, but go really deep in your ear and clean it. It actually feel good haha
