I am returning something to a seller on Ebay and they asked what my address was to refund me the money. I am new to Ebay so I don't know what they mean by Paypal address, my email?
The address they mean is your PayPal email address as that is what is your account number so to speak. But if it's a eBay transaction paid through PayPal, they have a refund choice on their account alongside your payment transaction. They should be using that way of getting your money back to you. And send the item back as tracked mail as proof of shipping. Unless they are an established seller ie over a few hundred sales with like 98% positive feedback, you might ask for the refund first before you return. It's a trust issue, established sellers do the right thing, seller with low feedback could scam you.

Yes. They mean the email address you used when registering on PayPal. You also need to confirm your email first to be able to receive the money.
Hope this helps!
