Exam Breakfast, granola or questbar?

I have exams for my high school this week, and I've been eating plain greek yogurt sweetened with sugar free maple syrup and gluten free granola and that has kept me full until around ten. I ran out of greek yogurt, so all I have is dannon light and fit diabetic free yogurt, which I'm worried won't have enough protein to keep me full. Should I just have that with granola (and something with it that had protein?) and just hope it keeps me full or should I have a Questbar with yogurt on the side? I recently bought them and I don't know if they will keep me full or if they're a good meal replacement since they're processed. Other low carb breakfast suggestions would be great, but eggs don't keep me full. Thanks!
