With Knowshon Moreno out for the season and the Broncos relying so heavily on the run, it might be tempting to make this trade, but I don't think you should.
Willis McGahee has scored 6 points or less (ESPN standard scoring) in 3 of the 4 games he has played in since the bye week, and he hasn't had a single reception since Tebow became the starter. The Broncos are definitely going to run the ball, but it will be with Tebow as much as anybody else, and I don't see Willis getting back to the form he was in earlier this season.
Matt Leinart has never been great, and with that amazing running game the Texans have, they don't need or want to put any pressure on Leinart to throw the ball. Andre Johnson is a great WR, but I don't see him having a very good end to the season statistically.
Since you already have Jones-Drew, I don't need to tell you how good he is, but I do think that he is more valuable than the two players offered to you, especially in PPR format.
It depends on who your other RBs are. Johnson is coming back after being out several weeks, but Houston will be starting Matt Leinart now. He's a monster possession receiver which should make the transition for Leinart easier. McGahee is a serviceable back in a run heavy offense. MJD has been a fantasy stud for a while but Johnson's value in a PPR league is high. If you really do have depth at RB than I'd say go for it.
Nobody should even attempt to answer this without knowing what you have at RB and WR. Overall, though, I think you're getting the short end of this deal. MJD does have better value in PPR, and he's an every down back. Even if his season isn't as good as prior ones, this gives him enhanced value, and you should aim a lot higher than a WR who hasn't played in weeks, and hasn't played at all with his new QB. The Texans also have the most run heavy offense in the league and there's no reason for them to change now. It's working.

In summary - No, you should not trade Jones-Drew.

Do it.
McGahee is a beast and will bounce back when healthy. Andre the Giant will be force fed in the passing game kind of like Skelton did to Fitzgerald.
Jones-Drew and the Jags have been in the red zone fewer than any team in the NFL.
