So,at school cafeteria i accidentaly drank form someone elses milk carton(thinking it was mine), and now i have paranoia that someone with Hiv might put their blood inside it,or just their lip was cut,so their blood may accidentaly be there.Could Hiv be transferred from a blood mixed in chocolate milk,or i am just too paranoid?

Yes, you are being paranoid. It is unlikely that a kid in your school has HIV. Even assuming he had HIV, you can't get it by sharing a drink. You need to share copious quantities of bodily fluid. So even if he had a cut in his mouth, blood dripped into his milk carton and you had a cut on your mouth and drank it, you wouldn't get HIV. You can't get HIV through sharing drinks, kissing, or sharing toilets. Realistically, HIV can only be spread through sexual contact or sharing needles.
First of all what is the likely hood of there being blood in someones milk carton?! HIV is usually contracted sexually. There is other ways to contract it as well. If you are that concerned about it you can get tested.
