Homemade goalie pads?
I'm making some temporary street hockey goalie equipment. I've got the stick and trapper down, and I made a blocker out of a life vest, but I still need leg pads. Any ideas? Are there things I can use from around the house that would work?
PS---Don't say pillows. That doesn't work.

get foam rubber and use some material to cover it....stitch it up and there ya are
You gotta wrap the pillows in duct tape. maybe form them a bit with cardboard.
Don't use a real puck you'll break yr shins.
Made my first set of floor hockey pads when I was 6 years old... mom still has the embarrassing photos.
Yr gonna want to save up yr money and buy some real pads tho... its just better.
kinda depends...you using a regular puck? ball? street puck? ive used like street pucks and just used some old pillows(they kinda gotta be not fluffy) and that worked
