ok so to wash the case just dump out the solution and while running under water use ur finger to clean it out and do the same for the tops. always try to do this right after you put your contacts on so that you can just leave them upside down by your sink so that when you take them off you know the case is clean. you really want to make sure you clean your case between every use to prevent infections that are really easy to get otherwise. hope it helps :D
All you need to do is dump out the solution in the morning - a dry case during the day is a much less bug-friendly place - then rinse the case with solution and leave it open but upside down.
You should really change the case at least every 3 months - I give people enough to change it every month because they're cheap and it makes a nice difference.
If your case looks grubby it's waaaay past the time it should have been changed.
Run your contact case under some warm water. Don't use soap. Just warm water. Every time you put your contacts into the case, dump the old solution out, and put new solution in. Clean the case itself about once a week and everything should be fine. :)
If you mean the little chamber you put your contacts in, then just get rid of the old solution and pour in the new solution UNLESS the chambers dirty. then rinse it out with the solution. NEVER USE TAP WATER! if you could use tap water then everyone would either be getting infections left and right or just going blind. seriously. so always use your solution.
if the case itself (eg outside) is dirty, try to use the solution to rinse it out. if you AHVE to use tap water, make sure after dumping the tap water you clean it with solution.
