I bought an 80GB Zune and ripped all of my cd's to it, which is *so* nice, but I want them in mp3 format for a million obvious reasons. I tried Roxio but it didn't work the way it said it would, so I got a refund and now I need to know what to use to convert these files. Help!

You should have set the sync option to mp3 before you started. A hard way to do it is to change the setting to mp3 and then delete and re-rip all of your cds. I am asuming you want the easy way, so just go to http://www.download.com/ It has hundreds of free and safe converters, just go to it and pick the right one for you!
WMA files contain Digital Rights Management (DRM). DRM allows content owners to determine how music files can be used and prevents illegal file sharing. In order to play or burn a DRM encrypted music file, you must have the proper license, Windows Media Player and a PC. WMA files will not work on a Mac.

I know a professional Digital Music Converter. It is a powerful yet easy-to-use protected music converter software.

You can download iTunes, then upload whatever songs you want to convert, and then right click on the song, and click convert to Mp3, plus its FREE =]
Try using MusicMatch jukebox. I used to use that to convert between different formats.
