There are a number of ways to use essential oils but the key ways are normally through Vaporisation of the oils (oil burner\vaporiser), or by application to the skin (where the essential oil is diluted in a carrier oil and applied to the skin)
Rather than provide a really long answer, The simplest way to answer your question is to direct you to a site with great easy to understand articles on aromatherapy and using essential oils
It depends on what you're using it for and what it is. I don't know what "Sun Breeze" is. Is it the manufacturer? Read the instructions.
Essential oils are specific....like tea tree essential oil or lavender essential oil, etc. They all have things they are used for...but it's all different. Some can be applied to the skin. Others cannot. Some need a carrier oil to be mixed with.
