You become a professional in any field by making your living from selling something - so it becomes your profession.
So the way to become a professional photographer is simply to make your living by selling your images. Obviously if you want people to part with their money, your images will have to be outstanding. So the next step for you is to get better to the point at which people will want to give you money for images.
"Professional" usually means making your living at an activity. So first you need to find out who will pay you to supply astronomical photos. I'm sure you will need a qualification in astronomy as well as photo qualification and the number of specifically astrophotographers must be small (very small?), so do lots of research before committing yourself to studying for several years towards it if you do not alreasdy have a job lined up. Probably most astronomers carry out their own photography as part of their normal work. Maybe contact large centres of astronomy - government science centres?
Usually astrophotographers are astronomers, and astronomers are almost always employed at universities or research institutes. You'll likely need a degree in astronomy, physics or cosmology.
