ohh my gosh, this is totally the same with me! but not only do i get this MAJOR pimple invasion, but i get really depressed over small things and easily angered. it's so bad too b/c it's once a month, which if u think about it, isnt a very big time gap. i used to feel soo bad about the pimples b/c JUST when i thought my face was getting better, BAM, i had my period and the cycle just kept going.

i use non-pore-clogging lotion and wash my face with a wash cloth every two days in the shower (i have dry skin too, blehh). i also found that eating healthy, being relaxed, and not being stressed out helps.

this is really nasty but i guarantee it will work because i had bad acne as well and my face has gotten alot better.... every morning when you wake up before drinking water or anything even before brushing your teeth, rub saliva all over your face. leave it on for a while until it dries up. and during the day put cold compress of chamonille tea on your face and you will see a difference in about 2 or 3 weeks depending on how bad your face is.

if your face is dry, then quit useing acne medication or acne face wash, if your face is dry(like peeling, crusty, flaky, scaby) it can be dry and oily at the same time to let you know. when you wash your face, never scrub your face(never crub your acne) be very gentle when washing it. shower 3+ times a day. never shower less then 3 times a day. if your skin is dry, then use a normal mositureing soap in the shower and when you get out, use a oil free moisturezer. also put antibacterial ointment on your acne. try to stop useing all your acne prodcuts(just to try it) and just do what i said. dont forget YOU HAVE TO EXERSIZE TOO! cuz exersize will help clean out the poors. and gota Eat healthy to. eat only healthy. drink LOTS OF WATER. 24+cups water a day. exersize 2+huors a day. strech 2+hours a day. always change to clean cltohes 2+times a day(if u got it more then on your face). always change your bedding to clean bedding once a day! put a plastic pillow case and plastic matress case over them then place the clean sheet and pillow case over that!!!!!! always use clean wash clothes and towels when washing!! contine this and you shuold get better. dont forget to go outside i recomend exersize outside cuz the outside air is cleaner then the inside air so its good to get fresh air! u can also get a humidfyer and put salt in it so you can have humid salt air you can put your face by(dont burn yourself) but that can help ya, so do everything i said!!
