Connect the iPod and select it in iTunes. You'll see tabs at the top of the iPod page (Summary, Music, Podcasts, Photos, Contacts). Select Photos, and that will give you a place to choose the pictures folder on your machine that you want to sync with the iPod. I usually make a special subfolder where I copy all of the photos that I want to copy over. Once you've chosen the folder you want to copy, hit the "Sync" button, and they'll be copied over.
the easy way is to put the pix you want in a folder on your desktop or something, and when you plug your ipod in, you can sync it up with a folder, so sync it with the folder you just made, so all the pix you want are already all in one place.
