Shes gonna be shaped like a pear. You never know. Mine was pregnant. If you suspect it, then she probaly is. its very likely she could have been put with a boy guinea pig from a store that you brought her from. Make sure she has lots of water and clean her cage twice a week! You never know one day when you come home and they are there! Thats what happened to me! They are honestly so adorable though the babies. We kept one. But the first 5 days dont pick the babies up! Also, if one of the babies is a boy, seperate it from the mom when its 3 weeks! Or else the baby can get the mom pregnant. Unbelievable right? haha. If you want to give one away, wait untill its 8 weeks old. You can give them regular food when it stops drinking the guinea pigs milk. Good luck! If it happens of course. :)
