i've been tryna smoke lately, but im afraid im doing it wrong. when ever i inhale the smoke, it pains in ma throught and chest and i feel like im suffocating! i also feel like im gonna faint or something after im half way through the cigarette. please teach me to do it right!!!

Ok first of all, it sounds like you are trying to smoke just to impress your peers. That's definately not cool...think about what you are doing to your lungs! Why would you want to smoke just to seem cool? I know you are probably thinking,"Oh Please." But seriously....think about what you are doing to your body....
Now, now I'm sure she has heard that smoking is bad for her before, that may in fact be be why she is doing it. She did not ask if someone could please lecture her on the evils of tobacco, but rather she inquired into how one does it properly.
I'm not much of a smoker myself, and my preference is for pipes which work much differently. However, I've smoked a few cigarettes. The problem seems to be that you are not breathing enough between drags, and one's lungs can not survive on smoke alone. Try to get a little air from time to time. The first time I smoked a full sized cigar I had this problem, and had to end the graduation party I was hosting early so that I could lie down. Also it takes (I believe) 2 to 3 cigarettes before your body gets used to the nicotene and tobacco. If you continue to have problems try light cigarettes or, I suppose, don't smoke.
I do worry somewhat, however, that you might be asthmatic or have some similar problem, in which case you should have some sort of inhaler ready when enjoying your cigarette, and be even more reticent about acquiring this habit.
Please don't start smoking. That is so dumb because it is very unattractive and very addicting, and extremely dangerous to your health. There's a reason you feel like you're suffocating, it's because your healthy lungs were not made to have smoke in them - they are sending you a distress signal. Don't try to force your lungs to be okay with smoking. Also, you feel like you're going to faint because of the lack of oxygen to your brain because you're breathing in too fast. This is really the dumbest thing you could try to do. Do you know how many people are trying desperately to quit smoking? Also, it's totally out - it's not hot to smoke anymore - gross.
Good. It should hurt. I smoked for 10 years. Could not taste food and my clothing and body stank like a dirty ashtray. I smoked 40 a day which would now be the equivalent of about £10 per day.
Best thing I ever did was give it up.

i'm a former smoke, i take advantage of to smoke 2 packs an afternoon. i began whilst i replaced into 14 and by skill of the time i replaced into in my Nineteen Twenties i replaced into as much as two packs an afternoon. i could pick to think of that a pair cigarettes are some distance much less volatile then a %.. yet in accordance to the what his call customary, he claims they're all undesirable. i assume a lot of people smoked for some years and function no longer died. particular some have died and a few has no longer. i assume its a raffle you're taking. yet i could think of that some distance much less people die then the quantity of people who smoke. i'm a former smoker and that i'm no longer one to lecture people on smoking. I provide up because of the fact my daughter replaced into allergic to the smoke. I never smoked interior the residing house, yet even it on my clothing, she replaced into allergic and replaced into very ill. I provide up for my daughter no longer myself.
Good, then you know what the Heart Attack or Lung Cancer symptoms will be like if you continue to smoke! Try doing something good to your body instead!
I think maybe the proper thing for you would be to toss it on the ground and stomp on it.
Honestly, there are no benifits at all to smoking. If you already can't handle it, just think how much worse it will be as your body weakens.

well the best thing is DONT SMOKE!! it kills and after sometime ure lungs would be so bad in condition that u will repent!! plz dont smoke!!
thats a nasty habbit i wish i never learned how to do. its easier not to start than it is to quit and by the sound of what you are saying you are better off quitting while you are ahead
