I buy it here in Toronto Canada, it is 1/3 the price of aged Parmesan, and has all the flavour, I mix it with a good Peccarino Romano and a bit Asiago for pasta and pizza, I worked as a chef and even got to use 10 &20 yr old Parmesan which was over $30 a pound, G.P will run $5-7 a pound, P. Romano the same, a decent Parmesan will go for $8-12 a pound, get it in a piece and grate it, like spices it goes off quicker when grated, I keep mine in a piece paper towel on a jar at the back of my frigs 2nd shelf.
