How many calories do i burn a day?
My day:
mile everyday
P.E. (about 150 crunches, and 30 pushups+ the sport we do)
volleyball 1 hr, or 1 when we have a game
and I eat pretty healthy so...
how many calories do i burn a day?

well that is hard but i cant tell you however if you do want to use wieght if you can become a vegetarian for a week i wieghed about 113 and now i wiegh 97 i started this about 2 weeks ago! =)
not enough info... how much do you weigh? how much rest do you get during the crunches and pushups? what kind of sports?
