Very Active: 50% (Heavy exercise for prolonged periods of time, such as training for a sport)
So for this situation, you are lightly active so what you would do is assume that you weigh 140 lbs. Then your BMR would be 1400. Then since the "Lightly Active" rate is 37.5, divide 37.5 by 100 to get .375. Then you mutiply .375 by 1400 to get an approximation of how many calories you burn:
.375 x 1400 = 525
So a person who weighs 140 lbs would burn 525 calories a day if he/she were lightly active.

it really matters on a lot of stuff.. but for a girl somewhere between 1800 and 2200. To lose weight try 1500.. that is a good number.
