Not knowing the year, model, mileage, etc. can't tell ya. If it gets fixed it will forever have that on its record like if someone runs a carfax report on it then it'll show up. However your question is totally pointless since your insurance company is not going to pay to fix it, thats what "total loss" means. What they will pay out for your car depends on whos fault the wreck was and what your coverage is.
It all depends on the damage - where your car was hit, what parts need to be repaired or replaced, how well it is repaired. And remember, the fact that your car was "totalled" by the insurance company will be part of the DMV record or any CarFAX report anyone cares to look at. My opinion - you're better off letting them total your car, taking the money and buying another one.
even if they fix it it will never be the same , total means total , I think you can buy it back , and repair it yourself ,,, or have it repaired but it will never be the same and people who know cars , will not buy it but there's a succer born every second

Lots.
Several thousand anyway.
Take the money, you don't want a car fixed they say is a total loss unless you can do it yourself dirt cheap and pocket lots of money.
