I hit the gym every day but different muscles each day how much do I need to consume?
Weight is 120
And do I drink it all one day or take it in portions through out the day?

Most people take it before or/ and after work outs since protein helps repair your muscles. It depends how much you work out for the amount of protein.Recommended Dietary Allowance for Protein. Grams of protein needed each day

Basically you need to aim for 1g of protein for every 1 pound of body fat, so in your case 120g per day.
However, you're probably already getting quite a bit of protein already through your diet (any chicken, eggs, fish counts!) so work out how much protein you're getting already, then supplement the rest with the powder to get to 120g.
I'd say 40-50g.Just don't take to much protein generaly it may cause you problems and it's just pointless to drink too much protein.
Drink it post workout or after.
