how to do pull ups easily?
i really want a wii.my dad told my little bro after he does 10 pull ups we get a wii.today is july 21 2009.if my bro does it before August 1 2009 we get the wii fit and all the controls.there is only one problem in this. my bro can only do 0 and 1/2. 61 jump ropes. 10 push ups. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

motivate him to keep doing those push ups!!!! they exercise ur shoulder muscles and thus result in him doing more pull ups

Well you can do pull ups easier when your arms are closer to each other (working biceps as opposed to back which is harder).
It takes longer than a week to do 10 pullups however. Maybe a couple months.
Use a chair, swing ur feet/knees, or stretch your chin up over the pull up bar
