how to express my feelings to a strange girl?
I mean I saw a pretty girl, and seriously man i wanted to talk to her, half an hour i thought that should i talk or not to her, i was totally confused, and my whole body just thrilling, and after then i used to talk to her in that way: " excuse me mam, oh actualy hy how are you? actually i just want to talk to you, i am really confused to talk to u anymore, oh sorry mam i disturbed you, would be please tell me your name? oh sorry ok ok ......"
like that,and she didnt tell any word just single no please.... and was shocked, it was my first exposure to any girl...so if any body knows the ideas to overcome that lack of confidence and shyness, please suggest me...

Try the simple trick my friend uses:
Bumb into the girl that will force her to fall into the ground. Make sure something she is carrying falls into the ground. Help her up, pick up the object, give it to her and say:"Im am so really sorry. Could I treat you to something just to express my apology?". Lucky you if she says yes.
You have to wait for the opportune moment to make your move, some thing that has always work for me. Do acts of kindness, help her in any way possible and while doing so try to make her laugh. That's you break.
Say," Hi, if you don't mind me asking, whats your name" Try to think " I'll never see her again, so i might as well do it." Trust me, if you don't try you'll regret. Same thing with a boy, i used to have a crush on.
