how to preserve eggs ?
hi, i where can i put my food (banana, sandwich which contains eggs and tuna) so that they dont become rotten ? i leave in the morning and will eat the sandwich by 5pm and the banana by 2pm.
p.s: last time, i put the banana in my bag and by 2pm it became black !

The air makes it darken, so all I can suggest is to keep the banana in the skin and add it to your sandwich when you are ready to eat it. Otherwise, possibly lemon juice.
