My grandfather had a 70 Pontiac Catalina with custom parts such as a sabertoothed tiger airbrushed on the hood, this car was so near and dear to my father since his dad passed away when he was young. His selfish mom sold the car while he was away, is there anyway to find or track down this car? Help!

Not really, no way of knowing where it is, and you can't do that sort of search legally.
Not to mention if you found it, how are you supposed to get it back? A lot of people I know (myself included), wouldn't give up their classic cars for any amount of money, an older car that you work on, fix, and enjoy driving becomes a part of the family.
Yes but u need access to the system DMV or Police friend. First U need the vinh number or plate number. Run a search on the system if registered it will pop up with address or ask kindly to the insurance agent u use if it had a registration its traceable but if they want to sell it to you that's another story. Remember that dmv systems are not inter connected so it might work in California but if its in Nevada it wont pop up.
Not really. Unless you put a wanted ad online, or if you have some general idea of the area it may be located in.
may be a car action
