I am so embarrassed, how do I cope?
This happened literally like 35 minutes ago in school and my teacher called someone, whom I thought it was me, and told them that their paper was wrong or what have you, so here I was responding "It was?" and nodding my head in agreement when the teacher was actually talking to SOMEONE ELSE!
I'm so embarrassed but thankful another girl gave me a heads up. ;(
Update:Thank you for the feedback! I'm starting to relax at it now that I'm home but I feel so stupid for doing that.

Wow, that's not that big of a deal. Just move on and act like it didn't happen. If someone asks you about it, then just tell them what really happened. They'll understand (even if they find it a bit humorous). People will forget it.
I've done far more embarrassing things...
Its ok I've had somthing like that happen too. I had another girl whos name is Mellisa, mine being Alyssa. Well with that in mind the teacher called up Mellisa and i walked up there, my teacher looked at me and was all like" Alyssa I didnt call you." Everyone was laughig at me. You can also think of this. That is nothing compared to some people. I bet kids in your class have hadthere pants ripped or maybe somthing elce. Just remeber you are not alone and this happends all the time. To everyone.P
It's not big deal! Lol you thought you were being spoken to but whatever just move on and don't think about it,it's not even that serious to stress about Hun!
