I'm one of those people that others seem to just SMELL the dork on, even when I'm being completely normal. I'm a 26-year-old girl, and people usually come to the conclusion that I'm "weird" or "different." I'm not shy or quiet or anything. It's nothing obvious. I wish I knew what it was.
Is there some sort of therapy or program to help me come across as less sketchy? Do you have any tips or thoughts? It feels like I'm back in high school again.

I would ask people why they think that. You might come across as arrogant, I don't think so though. Honestly people are too judge mental I would just say **** it and live your life. Don't care about what other people think of you, nobody is normal. One persons normal is another's weird or different.
You have to act confident, like you're not weird whether you are or not. People tend to 'attack' others who look like victims. This way, you won't look weird, but unique in a more attractive way. You should probably look up more tips, but... Keep your chin parallel to the grounds, your shoulders parallel to your hips, don't be stiff, keep your stomach in, not too tight, don't push your chest out (lol), walk with a purpose, confidently, like you know what you're doing, and look people in the eye, if you can't, look between their eyebrows. Good luck
I get told by my family that I'm weird all the time, I like it because it means I'm not like everyone else. If your being yourself, why would you want to change that? If people don't like it, they don't have too, you'll find someone else who does.
It could be your body language. Like if you seem really tense that will make people think you're weird. It could also be the way you talk. Like if you word things awkwardly.
Just be yourself. As long as you are kind to others and true to yourself, you will be spectacular.
It's waaaay better to be werid than normal and boring â
Why change? Be yourself.
