I do you contact yahoo about a problem?
Where is the standard contact email address for problems with the email account?
I'm not looking for stupid forums or something similar, I'm looking for a dammed email address, where I can write and receive an answer from a competent person.

Send a mail describing your problem to [email protected]. Or call Yahoo: 1-408-349-1572, explain to a customer service person what happened.
To contact Yahoo! Customer Care via chat, follow these instructions:
1.Visit Help Central. (http://help.yahoo.com)/
2.Select the name of the product you need help with (such as Yahoo! Mail).
3.Select Get Help in the lower right hand corner of the page.
4.Fill out the dropdowns that appear as best you can.
5.Contact options will appear at the bottom; if chat support is available for this product, then select Chat Online.
NOTE: If the button does not appear, then chat support is not available for your question. If all chat agents are busy, then the button will indicate this.
