The doctor told me something is wrong with my liver and im going to need a new one, but I'm only 20. I think its just a diarrhea problem? How do I tell him this?
First of all you should probably listen to the doctor. Second age has nothing to do with having a liver problem. You can be born into this world needing a new liver. One of the ways to tell if you are having liver issues is to see if your eyes or fingernail beds or yellow.
Don't believe any doctor told you any such thing. It's just ridiculous. The doctor wouldn't know whether or not you needed a new liver unless he/she had done some very extensive medical testing such as MRI, CT scans, and especially a liver biopsy. Even then, just a regular doctor still would not be able to say whether or not you would need a transplant. Your doctor would refer you to a transplant center to be evaluated and a group or board of doctors would go over all your testing to determine whether or not you really do need a transplant.
Your symptoms would have to be severe enough to show serious liver failure before you would ever need a transplant and some diarrhea is just not going to do it. I had liver failure and a transplant and never had diarrhea from my liver failure. People with liver failure typically have clay colored stools, but not diarrhea. Liver failure causes ammonia levels to rise which need monitoring with routine blood testing. The medications someone takes for high ammonia levels can cause diarrhea, but I doubt you are on any medications to combat high ammonia levels from having cirrhosis of the liver. Cirrhosis of the liver typically takes at a minimum of 10+ years to form and most often times even decades since it's a very slow disease that takes a very long time to progress.
Like I said, I don't believe a word you say. If it is true, I suggest you get a new doctor because this one does not have a valid medical degree if he/she told you this and meant it. Either that or they are insane. I think you are fibbing. Tsk! Tsk!
If you have a diarrhea problem, take some Immodium. You can get it OTC at any Walmart.

I'm sure it's just ibs- irritable bowel syndrome.
Look up the symptoms to this, and see if they mostly fit you.
If not, there may be a need for concern.
I suggest you stop eating yellow snow.
