This guy and I have been playing around with eachother,basically being open about the idea of having sex..he asked if it could happen last night and at first I said no..and we all weer hanging out.I changed my mind..told him..to come over.he said but I didn't get everything set up cause you told me not tonight..I was like well fix it.he said ok..and then later on he was like imma call you,pick up the phone.he didn't call.blahh.I know he wants it he know I want..we've made out anf fooled around before..kissed last night.why ould he not call..or not show up..I mean..there is a little bit more goin on.

How old are you two? You both sound like teenagers to me (that too in your early teens). You've got plenty to achieve at this age...there is always your entire life for making love. So concentrate on the right things now..
I dont think he turned you down..may be he is just not ready for it and you sound too young to speak about it as matured adults would do. Give it a few years atleast before you go down that path.

First you said NO therefore he might have changed his mind and decided something else. he might have fixed with somebody else who had readily agreed for it. You enjoy the sex only when the chemistry of both matches. His might have worked with somebody else so he had good time with her and forgot you. Just forget it.
