I'm almost fifteen and have had my period for well over three years. They have always been very regular and I've never missed one or had a late one.
My past few periods have become slightly painful but my last one was really bad. Apart from the terrible ache in my lower stomach, I felt very nauseous and ended up throwing up. when I stood up, I became dizzy and felt like I was going to collapse. Also, any sudden movement would cause my vision to black our and a buzzing in my ears.
Any ideas to help with it?

A visit to the doctor might help you, it sounds like you might be losing too much Iron. They can give you an iron supplement and watch your progress. Or it might be something as simple as being told to exercise and take aleeve or advil. Exercising always helps me though because it gets your body moving and lessens the pain, also it typically makes your period shorter.
you didn't mention trying any of the "triptans"....drugs for migraines like Imitrex, Maxalt, Axert, etc. Ask your doctor about these, they specifically treat migraines by working with the vessels around the brain. Good luck.
