Having never been properly fitted for a bra, I finally aged almost 30 got around to it yesterday. I was told initially that I was 28D, the lady measuring me looked a bit worried and said she wasn't sure they had any bras at all in that size, but maybe I could get away with a 30D. She searched high and low and came back with 2 bras in that size. One of them fitted, so I bought it.
I'm now really worried that I have a freaky bra size and will find it impossible to find any bras to fit - or will have to order them at great expense. Any views from anyone else in this position would be very welcome.
The 2 bras she showed me were both boring and expensive - hence my concern about finding decent bras elsewhere.
Update:It wasn't a typo, I am 28D. I'm thin, but not really super skinny and I really don't have huge boobs either. I just can't equate this size with me, which is why I wondered if anyone else out there was in a similar position?

28D is a lucky bra size! it just means tou have a small back and large breasts, your perfect!

Im a 28D too, its a really awkward size to find. but its not a freaky bra size, its just annoying..
no, my sister is only 17 and she wears a 48g and she pretty bummed about it, she opted for a breat reduction, but after being told that she was too young, she said"god made them big for a reason" so before you think that your bra size is weird think about all the other women and young ladies that go through much worst
