Try a 30B. A 30AA is actually 2 cup sizes smaller than a 32A and too small cups can make the band feel too tight. A 30B actually has the same cup volume as a 32A (and so does a 28C, if you still find the 30 band too big), so you should start with a 30B and go from there.

Either its too small or you just messed it up in the dryer. Hang your bras to dry. They get all deformed in the dryer. If it fit perfectly and didn't move before you put it in the dryer, then its just the dryer. Try a different 32A or a 34

It's too small. I'd suggest going up a size and see how that works out for you. Usually in Victoria Secret, the employees measure you (if you ask that is) and they can help you find the perfect fit.

It's too small. Go get yourself measured at Macy's or something (they do free measurements... most department stores do). And don't put your bras in the dryer. I never do. The dryer can shrink them or make them lose their shape.

try a A36. I'm 12 and I wear a 38C, so I'm not sure. I told my mom my bra was too tight and she told me to get over it, or loose weight so.........

yeah it's just the band you need it to be comfortable but also small enough to stay in one place on your ribs.:)
