The is called an "Advance Fee Scam" or "Nigerian 419 Scam".
There is no loan and there won't be one from these people. If you pay them, they will keep asking for more money until you realize that you have been scammed.
Remember these 2 rules:
Rule 1) No legit lender requires you to pay them anything upfront before they will lend you money.

There is NO such thing as a "security deposit" to get a loan. If you had $750 just lying around, then you wouldn't need a loan to begin with.
I cannot find any legitimate lender by that name in any country in the world
