I keep having bouts of bright yellow poop. I had yellow poop for a few days last month too. I'm really scared it's secretly pancreas cancer because pancreas cancer is silent. Today, I ended up pooping yellow fuzzy poop and I'm beginning to worry. it's not pale yellow, it's like mostly yellow yellow with a brown tinge to it.
I went to the doctor and he said not to worry unless its black, red, or white. My total bilirubin is normal (1.0), I didn't eat anything yellow or with yellow dye in it, my poop doesn't smell foul, and I don't have GERD or Gilbert Syndrome. I don't think it's my gallbladder either because I feel completely fine and there is no pain.
I tend to bloat, especially when my period is coming which seems to be around the same time I get these yellow poops. I don't know if they are related.
Any insight would be much appreciated.

There's only three things that cause a yellow color: low bile output, yellow pigments in food, or food moving through the digestive system quickly. A common cause of yellow pigment that people overlook is multivitamins. Food moving through the digestive tract quickly = loose stools and gurgly stomach. Bile deficiencies can cause bloating.
You don't mention loose stools and unless you can identify a source of yellow pigments in your food, that leaves insufficient bile production. It might be a good idea to get tested for hepatitis B if you can't identify any cause. If hepatitis is ruled out or not a likely cause to begin with, then it might be worthwhile to get some type of imaging of the pancreas and gallbladder.
My 80 3 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous mom died July seventh from pancreatic maximum cancers. The very last week, she were given truly susceptible, to the point the position she saved falling at the same time as attempting to get away from mattress. The nurses had to sedate her, as she does no longer settle for that she couldn't do it herself. We said her on the Saturday (had her out and about in a wheelchair) presented her Mc Donalds fowl nuggets (which she ate) She develop into truly alert, and basically had afew naps all day. We said that she develop into getting very congested, it rather is an illustration the end is close to. also her epidermis develop into all mottled from the blood pooling. Sunday, she wasn't too sturdy, and Monday morning she went right into a coma and kicked the bucket an hour later. She did no longer have alot of the different indicators. Our Dr had advised us some anybody is speaking etc correct to the on the spot they die.
