So, I've been feeling a slight discomfort in my knee for about a week now. It doesn't hurt at all when I'm walking regularly, but I feel a slight pain/discomfort when I walk up/down the stairs, and I feel the same discomfort when I squat or bend down. I've been working out regularly for about 4 months now, and I've stopped working out for the past week. Do you think it's safe for me to continue low impact exercise? Does this seem like an injury that will work out on it's own? What should I do?

Any pain is serious until you know what it is and what is causing it. For peace of mind, make a visit to your doctor.
