Menstrual cramps, but no period?
My period is highly irregular. It comes anywhere from every 20 days to every 35 days and I always know when I'm going to get it because I always get killer lower back pains the day before. So, I got them and was waiting for my period, and it hasn't come. I've had menstrual cramps for about three days now and still no period. I have missed my period in the past, but never with cramps. I have missed maybe two or three times in the past few years due to various reasons, but when I miss it, I never get cramps. This is the first time I'm missing it but have cramps. What's the deal? Also, pregnancy is not an option, unless I've had sex in my sleep.
Update:Oh, I'm also NOT on the Pill, so it's not that either.

Maybe your needs to change more and devople more , it takes alot of time that your period needs to devople more for those who have irregular periods i will tell what are the sighs of have cramps
1) your breast starts to hurt and itch alot
2) your face start to break up
3) below of your stomach starts to hurt , it 's rite below of your belly button as well .
i also want to tell if u want to get rid of your cramps
1) try to eat fruits , salad somethig healthy not salty food or fast food cause if that happens your cramps would get worse and worse
2) drink plenty of water everyday for your cramps
3) get plenty of excerise like doing sit ups which by the way it helps for cramps , go to the fitness center to get plenty of excerise or go jogging
4) think postive of your cramps 2
dont worry your period would come , u have just have to be patience ok
just remember your body needs to take a chance to devolpe ok

Sometimes that just happens. Since your period is very irregular, this is probably nothing to worry about. You might want to see a doc and ask whether your period can be regulated, though. Most of the treatments for an irregular period also help with cramps!
What age are you? Maybe u should go to the doc to help ease cramps and regulate ur period check ur iron levels and hormones to see whats causing it, itl make life a lot easier esp for when u become sexually active knowing when ur ovulating ect.
This can happen but i wud get checked as psoc can cause irregular periods and cramps its cured onec u get it but it can damage ur fertility if left lots of women have it victoria beckham been one but for now do not worry
it is normal to have a miss period without having sex. my friend got her period once and never got it again til she turned 12. and she had cramps too. so i think its just its telling you that your about to start again or maybe something else is wrong.
