It really just takes the ability of being able to put in a hair clip when the hair is going which ever way you want it too.

It would be super hard to describe a perfect procedure of how to do this.

Try throwing your hair down (by leaning down) bunching it up in your hands and putting in the hair clip, pulling out some bangs.

Any hair stylist should be able to do this for you, for almost nothing.
