There's no cure for RP. Wearing sunglasses when exposed to UV may slow the progression slightly, but that's about it. Certainly, poking holes in their skin isn't going to cure their retinal disease.
You and they need to accept the eventual course of RP. Work on finding resources for blind people where you live, like a local chapter of the national federation of the blind, or lighthouse for the blind, and get working on coping with the changes associated with vision loss and being functional adults despite blindness.
As harsh as it sounds, you need to get over this dream of finding a cure for them. That cure will not come. You and they just need to accept reality and make the best of it.
Edit: looked through your question history. You claimed to be four months pregnant with a two week old son, and then your son became your daughter with epilepsy, and in an previous question, you stated that you have epilepsy. I'm going to conclude that you are, for reasons entirely incomprehensible, lying about all of this.
Get therapy.
