'm not trying to scare you but this just happened to me and the first doctor i saw missed it. Its not implantation bleeding, that happens 9-12 days after conception. I had the exact symptoms you're having. No clots, mild bleeding, cramping that eventually became severe. I was 7 weeks pregnant. Thursday (the 7th) i was rushed to the er and had to have emergency surgery because the pregnancy turned out to be ectopic. The fetus ruptured my fallopian tube and I had been bleeding internally for days. They had to remove the fetus, the tube and a ton of blood from my abdomen. There is no way to save the baby if its ectopic, and can be life threatening to the mother. If the first doctor I saw had recognized the symptoms they could have saved my fallopian tube. I am now on bed rest for at least 2 weeks, loss my pregnancy, and my tube. Bleeding in early pregnancy can be normal, but bleeding and cramping are almost always a bad sign. You need to see a doctor asap. I hope you and your baby are ok, but please seek meical attention quickly.
